Willowbrook Hospice takes seriously its commitment to providing holistic care for patients, their families and carers. There is the recognition that spiritual and religious care is as important as caring for physical needs.
We aim to help family members cope with the distress that may be experienced during and after a patient’s illness. This is achieved by providing practical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support both during the illness and beyond with bereavement support.
The Clinical Support team works with the whole Hospice team to provide:
- Spiritual and religious care
- Family support (including bereavement support)
- Social care

The Team consists of three distinct professionals including:
- Lead Chaplain
- Family Support Therapist
- Social Worker
