At Willowbrook we provide the following Outpatient Clinics:-
- Medical Outpatients
- Physiotherapy Outpatients
- Complementary Therapy Outpatients
Medical Outpatients
Patients see our Medical Team to plan their care
Patients who are referred to our Medical outpatients department, either for initial or follow up appointments are seen by our Consultant or our team of experienced doctors.
Our Medical Team holds clinics on various days during the week. Patients and their family/carers are seen to review patients symptoms and monitor their condition.
Our Medical Team liaise with all other professionals e.g. GP’s, Consultants, Macmillan’s, who are closely involved in the patients care.
Referrals
Referrals to the Medical outpatients department can be made by hospital Consultants or a GP in the community. Please contact your GP if you feel we can be of any help.
Complementary Therapy Outpatients
Patients are often referred to our Complementary Therapy Outpatients clinic as part of their normal plan of care
Patients are referred to the Complementary Therapy outpatients for:-
- Aromatherapy
- Massage
- Reiki
- Reflexology
- Guided Visionary
- Relaxation
Therapies are tailored to individual needs and can help with:-
- Anxiety Management
- Breathlessness
- Increase well being
Referrals
Referrals to this service can be made by any professional involved in the patients care.
Physiotherapy Outpatients
Patients may be referred to our Physiotherapy Clinics to help with mobility and breathlessness
Patients are referred to the Physiotherapy outpatients for breathlessness management and mobility assessment.
Our Physiotherapist holds clinics on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Referrals
Referrals to this service can be made by any care professional involved in the patients care.
