Fancy a gentle 173ft abseil down one of the region's iconic buildings?
Willowbrook Hospice is entering a team of abseilers to bravely descend the Bell Tower at Manchester's Trafford Centre.
It's a great challenge especially if you haven't got a head for heights! You can always nip into the Trafford Centre afterwards to treat yourself on your achievement!
