Statement on Inclusivity

In accordance with our Equal Opportunities policy and to support equality and diversity, Willowbrook Hospice is actively committed to ensuring that the services we provide are widely accessible to patients, their carers, and families. Staff at Willowbrook receive education and training to increase awareness regarding equality and diversity.

Accessibility

For those with reduced mobility, the building is fully wheelchair and walking aide accessible. We also have a lift for access to the first floor services. The clinical staff are available at all times to provide assistance with mobility if required.

Communication

Communication is at the heart of every aspect of the care we provide. Measures are in place to help those who are differently abled with their communication needs. Support is also accessible for those whose second language is English.
