Receptionists are our 'welcome therapists' responsible for admitting and receiving all visitors to the Hospice. They also answer our switchboard and deal with all calls promptly and politely. All hospice volunteer driving duties are organised and co-ordinated by the receptionists on duty and they also deal with sales from our hospice shop and general customer enquiries.
Our volunteer receptionists are the first point of contact to many people visiting the hospice and they portray a friendly, efficient, polite and professional image to all our visitors.
