Patients may be referred to our Physiotherapy Clinics to help with mobility and breathlessness
Patients are referred to the Physiotherapy outpatients for breathlessness management and mobility assessment. Our Physiotherapist holds clinics on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Referrals Referrals to this service can be made by any care professional involved in the patients care. |
