Medical Outpatients
Patients see our Medical Team to plan their care
Patients who are referred to our Medical outpatients department, either for initial or follow up appointments are seen by our Consultant or our team of experienced doctors. Our Medical Team holds clinics on various days during the week. Patients and their family/carers are seen to review patients symptoms and monitor their condition. Our Medical Team liaise with all other professionals e.g. GP’s, Consultants, Macmillan’s, who are closely involved in the patients care. Referrals Referrals to the Medical outpatients department can be made by hospital Consultants or a GP in the community. Please contact your GP if you feel we can be of any help. |
