Not long to go until the Ride 45! this year we are offering a slightly different route and a new starting point! So why not take up the challenge of our 45 mile bike ride taking place through the St Helens and West Lancashire area. If the 45 mile route is too tough for you then we have added a smaller 20 mile route just for you.
